The Best Time to Visit Dudhwa National Park is between November and May. The park remains open to the public from 15th November to 15th June, though the months of May and June are a little too hot for comfort. While visiting the Park during winter you must remember to take woolen clothes as it can get pretty chilly, particularly between December to February.

The Park is open for a fixed number of months in a year i.e. from 15th November-15th June and the safari timings for the National Park are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Dudhwa follows the typical north Indian weather pattern with an extreme kind of climate. The summers from March to June are quite hot with the temperature rising up to 40 degrees Celcius. During winters (mid-October-mid March), the weather is cool and pleasant hovering between 20-30 degrees Celcius. Do carry woolens for the winter season. While the monsoon months are off-limits as the park is shut during this time of the year.
